Academy
The Academy is where learning support, educational assistance, and training organization come together. The team provides expert support to participants, coordinates trainers, and ensures that every training program is delivered professionally.
Content Production
In Content Production, our subject matter experts bring knowledge to life: this is where the practical learning content and interactive training videos that define our programs are created. Furthermore, the team shares its expertise through professional articles, blog posts, and social media—providing both technical and content-related support to all other departments.

Marketing & Sales
Marketing and Sales make our training programs visible and advise people on finding the right learning opportunities. Our sales team works with interested individuals, companies, and partners, efficiently combining consulting, campaigns, data analysis, and sales.
Design
The design team develops creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of applications while adhering to our corporate design guidelines. In addition, they create interactive experiences and UI/UX elements that ensure consistent and user-friendly interfaces.
Finance
The finance department provides a sound overview of budgets, invoices, key performance indicators, and financial statements. Everyone working here supports economic decision-making and makes a significant contribution to our financial growth.
HR & Legal
HR & Legal supports employees from their very first application email and serves as the primary point of contact for all personnel-related matters throughout their time at velpTEC. This is where recruiting, personnel management, payroll, data protection, and labor law topics are handled.
Asset Management & Service Desk
The Asset Management and Service Desk teams ensure the reliable provision and administration of hardware and software. They support participants and employees with technical and organizational requests, creating the foundation for a smooth day-to-day learning and working environment.

You can work in a hybrid model at our offices in Hanover, Munich, or Leipzig, or fully remotely if you live further away. We offer flexible working hours to ensure a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
Professional Development
You can use three paid educational days per year for your professional development. In addition, you receive an extra day of vacation for your personal commitment.
Health & Fitness
A €600 annual health budget for full-time permanent employees after their probationary period supports you with expenses like dental cleanings. With EGYM Wellpass, you have access to over 13,000 facilities.
More security & retirement planning
In addition to a fixed salary, our full-time employees receive performance-based compensation – depending on the position, this is either a target bonus or commission. We also support your financial future: after six months of employment, we contribute €100 per month to a company pension plan for full-time staff.

How can you structure your working hours?
Full-time employment consists of a 40-hour work week with core hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Depending on your team, there may be additional requirements, such as fixed availability for Educational Support. Beyond that, you can plan your working hours to fit your daily life.
What development opportunities can you look forward to?
Continuous development is an integral part of our work. You can take part in our training programs and use three dedicated Educational Days each year to do so. This allows you to grow both professionally and personally.

What does the application process look like?
Once we receive your application, we will carefully review your documents. If your profile is a good match, we will schedule an initial interview with our recruiting team to get to know you and understand your motivation. Following a successful first interview, the next step involves meeting the department team to dive deeper into the technical aspects of the role. Depending on the position, a case study may also be part of the process. For selected roles, particularly those with leadership responsibilities, a final interview with the management team will follow. We are available to answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process.
Where can you work from?
You will work from one of our offices in Hanover, Leipzig, or Munich, or fully remotely if you live further away. Regardless of your work model, you have up to five travel days per quarter to meet your team in person – we cover all hotel and travel expenses. Working from abroad is currently not possible.
Is it possible to work part-time?
Aside from our student trainee positions, most roles are full-time. If a position is also available on a part-time basis, you will find this information directly in the respective job posting.
